Green Watercolor Sake Bottle / Bud Vase

A handmade ceramic sake bottle that also works as a small bud vase. It has a rounded body, gently sloping shoulders and a short, narrow neck.

The cream-coloured glaze is decorated with an irregular green watercolor-style band that moves around the body. The green glaze gathers more strongly in some areas, creating darker patches and softer transitions into the cream surface. The flowing green line is the focus of the piece.

The simple bottle shape provides a clean background for the glaze pattern. Each side has a different appearance. Use it for serving sake, or place a single stem in the neck as a bud vase.
