Kurinuki Yunomi

A handmade ceramic Yunomi with a deeply carved and textured exterior, formed by the kurinuki hand-building process.

The reddish clay surface features angular cuts, raised sections and irregular marks, with dark glossy glaze applied across selected areas. The glaze settles around the carved details, highlighting the contrast between the rougher clay texture and the smoother glazed sections.

The rim is intentionally irregular, while the rounded interior provides a smoother surface for drinking tea. A small foot supports the bowl and completes its compact shape.
