Red Earth ginger mug

A handmade mug with a warm red-brown body, cream interior and a narrow band of layered colour around the rim. The glaze transition creates a small landscape of its own, with subtle movement where the colours meet. A slender curved handle keeps the form visually light while remaining comfortable to hold. The piece is designed for everyday use but retains the marks and variations that distinguish handmade ceramics. Differences in glaze flow, surface tone and shape are part of the firing and making process, giving every mug an individual finish.

A small built-in strainer inside the mug makes it suitable for brewing fresh ginger, loose tea, or herbal infusions directly in the cup.
