Yama Organic Carved Yunomi

A handthrown stoneware Yunomi with flowing carved lines that suggest wind, grass and movement around the carved base, where the white clay shows beneath the glaze. Underneath, a small flower is carved into the foot as a quiet, hidden detail. The carving shows a slightly different expression from every angle, while the softly glazed upper form keeps the piece calm and simple. Each piece is made and finished individually, so small differences in carving, glaze and form are part of its handmade character.
